Service Technician

The role of a Service Technician at Espresso Analyst is someone who is able to learn about and troubleshoot multiple types of coffee brewing equipment.

Espresso Analysts services a wide range of equipment including some of the following:

  • Franke Coffee Systems

  • Fetco

  • La Marzocco

  • Slayer

  • Synesso

  • Cimbali

  • Nuova Simonelli

  • Mahlkonig

  • Compaq

  • Bunn

This role requires the eagerness to learn about coffee, water, electrical and mechanical theory and application. The ability to work hard and to treat co-workers and customers with respect is the golden Standard for Espresso Analysts.

This job requires both work in our warehouse as well as being out on the road to service customer's equipment. The company provides service vehicles as well as most tools that are needed to perform jobs. We require that smaller hand tools are purchased by employees.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Knowledge of tools/ability to use basic hand tools,

  • Ability to work with others and have strong communication skills

  • Read and interpret instruction manual

  • Able to lift 100lbs

  • Must have clean and valid Driver’s license 

Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Being punctual 

  • Reporting to manager

  • Completing tasks in a timely and professional manner 

  • If a Field tech, being flexible for travel

  • Keeping busy while in the shop

  • Keeping company property clean and in good working order

Position: Full-time

9-5 Mon-Fri. Rotation on call during the weekend.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
